Competitive Gymnastics
This program prepares talented, young gymnasts for national competition conducted on behalf of USA Gymnastics. Being part of our competitive gymnastics team is by invitation only. The minimum age for competition is 5 years old for level 3 and 6 years old for level 4; however, our Hot Shot program starts as early as age 4.
Our new state-of-the-art facility and knowledgeable coaching staff make it possible to help every participant achieve their goal from Junior Olympics through Elite.
